This is a family favorite dessert. We enjoy it on our bbq nights. The name frog poop happened on "call it what it isn't" week two years ago. We have a whole week where we call everything something goofy or made up.
Ingredients: (we double so we have leftovers ;) )1 can pineapple chunks
1 bag mini marshmallows
1 box instant pistachio pudding
1 small container whipped cream
Pour in undrained pineapple chunks
Add pistachio pudding and mix
Toss in marshmallows
stir well
Add whipped cream.. ummm.. thaw it first so you don't have to find some impromptu games to play while all the children are dying to taste their dessert!!
Mix and chill

My Gaga used to make Watergate cake when I was a little girl. It was so similar but in cake form. Many blessings to you.
